Unapplied suggestions/bugs / Welcome/General Section

Title says it all. There should be a Welcome section and a General section.


Btw, there hasn't been much activities on this forum. Just decided to post here to bring some activity.
Can anyone tell me when the server will become official? Cause I've been looking for it EVERYWHERE on the VC:MP menu, but couldn't find anything.
