Even FBI agents have to go to a PD or a FBI special car or the FBI-HQ so they can do !fbi or this may consider script abuse this is banable but it is mostly kicked instead of ban and if this abuse is constantly repeated a ban may happen. If a person is not a FBI agent or cadet and he does !fbi he get's ban straight away.
