Hm its very early to say about your application just go in the game and play it and learn it and get experience from it then your chance will increase.

Prototype your chances are low of becoming to be admin. You dont follow the application's format properly. Begging to be admin on the forums or the server lowers it more, and trying to be friends with the admins is truly annoying and its not true friendship. High chances are you will get denied.

You have 72 hours to fix the application. Remove all the friends and stuff and tell me why should I accept you in at least 150 words. That will verify you're 14 years or not. And the average time playing is how much you play every day. Your english does not seem that you are 14 years old. You seem 14 days to me.
