I was thinking if we could add a script so if we say !admins it will show all admins of the server, or most important admins and when they say !admins2 it will say what admins are on line. If it's possible like an admin commands that goes /c poptires (id/name) and instead of punishing people by drowning them or warning them, pop their tires.

You can always eject the player and/or freeze him.
